• You may not use Hera for illegal activities or to violate the rights of others.

2. Subscription and Payments

Hera offers subscription plans with varying features. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the fees outlined in your chosen plan, billed on a recurring basis.
• Provide accurate billing information and authorize payment processing.
• Cancel your subscription at any time; no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the motion graphics and content you create or upload to Hera. However:

• You grant Hera a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content to provide our services.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks).
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

Hera’s platform, including its design, code, and templates, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to Hera will end.
• We may delete your content, subject to applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hera is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of our tools. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of our platform, including lost profits or data.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date, and significant changes will be communicated to you. Continued use of Hera after updates constitutes acceptance.
